From personal experience they support and guide other individuals, on yoga teacher training courses and retreats, to utilise yoga in their daily living too.

Christian was born in the town of Brandenburg in Eastern Germany in February 1977, in the year of the fire dragon. His yoga journey began 15 years ago whilst traveling Australia. A friend showed him the first sun salutations and ever since he has been hooked. Christian has practiced Ashtanga Yoga as part of self practice for many years. He has completed the Primary and Intermediate Series and practices the Advanced A Series exploring into Advanced B. James French

James was born in London and first discovered yoga in 2003, whilst at Drama School. However, he truly caught the bug, a few years later whilst performing in a Shakespeare production which toured India. Sunrise practices overlooking the rooftops of Udaipur with an old yogi called Prakash, sealed the deal. Following a martial-arts incurred neck injury, he was told that surgery was the only option. However he resisted and experienced an amazing recovery through his yoga practice. He soon returned to India to train with Tribe Yoga and embark on his path as a Tantric Yoga Teacher. Liza’a first taste of yoga was through the physical practice of asana, finding it to be a consistent and reliable refuge from an often scattered and overwhelmed mind. Before long she realized that she was accessing the benefits of teaching that ran much deeper than asana alone. Knowing that her thirst for these teachings would not be quenched in the scope of led classes, Liza set out for India and completed her 200-hour training with Tribe in 2010. Mark Ansari

Born in London 28th August 1960, England Mark nowadays lives in Spain in the Summer and India during the Winter. He has been teaching yoga since 1995 and is recognised as one of the first Ashtanga yoga teachers to settle and teach regular classes in the UK. After personally assisting the inspirational Derek Ireland on a daily basis for over a year in Crete and Goa 1994/95 Mark graduated to teaching the exciting and dynamic form of Hatha yoga which he had learnt. Born 1979 in Austria. At a young age she very soon saw clear that alternative paths to a holistic and sustainable wellbeing and health were the ones she had to travel. Studies in classic massage techniques followed, chinese medicine and cranio sacral technique. Rachael was born in Cambridge in July of 1983 to a father with a great passion for cycling and a regular yoga practise. As a child she would watch him practise asanas, playing yoga herself and accompanying him to classes on occasions. Raquel Salvador was born in Spain in 1973. She moved to London in 1999 where she became interested in yoga and began practicing in many different schools in and around London. She very quickly noticed profound effects occurring through her varied Hatha Yoga practices not just physically but emotionally and spiritually as well.

Rory Trollen was born in Scotland in 1979. In 1998 he went travelling overseas and whilst living in Byron Bay, Australia he first started practicing Yoga.
