What’s on your mind? Is anything confusing to you? Do you have any questions about your practice? your life?

Every two weeks we get together our yoga essentials zoom session for an hour’s discussion and sharing to explore different dimensions of yoga philosophy and practice. Thereafter we put those teaching into practice on the mat with a live class from one of our Senior yoga teachers.

The chat group will be a way for us all to constantly share, encourage, inspire, and support each other.

As a member of the group, you receive a free copy of our Yoga Essentials ebook worth €9.99. This book is a feast of integral teachings that we will work through together during the live meetings.

Every Zoom chat will begin with a short opening meditation and AUM (we love to Aum). Then a little catch-up, in which we share how we are all doing and what’s on our minds. Then we will address any questions, thoughts, issues: what’s happening in your practice, your yogi life? inspirations? etc

Then we have a mini-lecture, the teachings of which will be the basis for the following week’s live online class.

Our intention for this group is to hold space to explore and share yoga. It is highly suited to yoga teachers who would like to refine their teaching and their personal expression of yoga. Also, anyone who loves yoga and would like to develop their practice … and especially looking for something that is much more than just the physical.

Meetings take place every 2nd and 4th Sunday @ 7.30 pm UK time.
