Schedule
We have created a program that will instantly begin to work wonders in your life.
The schedule is super simple, super doable. It has been designed to be time-efficient so that even the busiest person can fit it into their schedule and reap the benefits. The full program is spread over 7 weeks. Each week presents you with a single theme. By the end of each week, you will have explored different techniques and practices that can support you to better balance and wellbeing. The final week is dedicated to assembling a unique and individualized program to support your personal needs.
- 4 pre-recorded video tutorials introducing initiatives and techniques to practice through the week. Total commitment approx 20 mins per day
- 3 x ‘rest and recharge’ sessions per week. Total commitment approx 90 mins
- Weekly Group Coaching Call reviewing & sharing the experiences of the week
- Pre-program personal coaching session
- Mid program personal coaching session
- Week 7 personal coaching session
You receive accountability and support in the group coaching calls. You also receive 3 personal coaching sessions to focus on your personal practice and individual goals. If required additional personal coaching is available at an extra cost.
