Mays is a registered nutritionist, yoga, reiki master, and energy healer. She weaves her knowledge of detox, somatic healing, and holistic practices into a nourishing experience that supports body, mind, and spirit.

Scarlett is a highly experienced yoga teacher trainer, breathwork facilitator, and sound healer. Her path through yoga, tantra, and transformational coaching has helped individuals worldwide step into resilience, confidence, and spiritual alignment.

Together, they create a retreat space where you are seen, supported, and empowered to heal and thrive — whether you’re new to these practices or an experienced practitioner.
