Free Retreat for Yoga Teachers

The below is just a little idea of what the schedule could look like. Tribe Teachers will be holding space and all present will have an opportunity to share (but no pressure if you simply wish to recieve)

06.00 – 07.00 – Silence/Meditation for global peace & unity
07.00 – 08.00 – Self Practice ( or one of us teaches)
08.00 – 10.00 – Breathwork & Sharing ( or one of us teaches)
10.00 – Smoothie
10.30 – 11.30 Sitting with a Master (audio recordings or Alan Watts, Osho, Krishna murti)
11.30 – Brunch
Outdoor activities (hiking,  cycling, spa/sauna, forest clearing, gardening, Dinner prep etc)
17.30 – Afternoon Practice (something chilled and restorative)
19.00 – Dinner
20.15 – Evening practice (Yoga Nidra,  Sound Healing, Chanting, etc)

Venue & Accomodation

Bad Mitterndorf is set in the Alps of Austria and is our home base venue. Nestled amongst lush greenery and surrounded by meadows and forest the training venue is a great place to connect with nature, unwind and replenish your energy. You will be surrounded by art and nature with stylish and elegant accommodation, a converted wooden mountain lodge for the yoga shala, open fireplaces and an intimate and homely atmosphere.

You will be booked into shared accommodation. If you prefer your own space there is plenty of space to camp (bring your own tent) Or we can arrange local accommodation at cost

Early arrivals from 30th April.
Opening ceremony 6pm on May 1st
Depart 5th May

Meals

During retreats brunch and dinner are super yummy and sufficient to provide your yogi body needs.

Meals are nourishing; tasty ecologically friendly, vegetarian, organic (whenever possible) and supportive to the energetic and nutritional needs of yoga practitioners.

Brunch : muesli or porridge, nuts & dried fruits, tea, breads & crackers, salad & a savory dish
Dinner : based on yogic principles. Organic, live or lightly cooked meals with high energy and nutritional content.

There is no paid cook on this particlar retreat. we will be cooking and eating as a family 🙂

Travel info

International flights to Vienna, Salzburg, Graz or Linz. (Munich is also an option)
Train arrivals to ‘Bad Mitterndorf-Heilbrunn’ station:

Some of you might want to arrive at the same airport and hire a car, or share a taxi. We can help to coordinate your arrival.

Spa treatments

We are very lucky to have a wonderful Spa a 3-minute walk away. Students coming to study with us love popping along for a swim or sauna. Cost 25 euros – 4 hrs
